About this time, 10 years ago, I was going to sleep & turned on the TV "just to see if we were at war or something." My blood turned cold as I watched the coverage. Online I tried to find reports at cnn.com, etc., but everything was frozen out. When I did get some news sites they were bare unformatted skeletons, just reporting the basics. I called family, and some co-workers in the U.S. The main impression I had then and now was shock at the sheer, raw, brutal ferocity of the attacks. doug
